We're working with CFTC-specialized counsel to confirm the exact product structure. This is the most important step before we onboard a single user.
Liquidity bootstrapping
A trading platform with no liquidity is worthless. We're designing the market maker program before launch so prices are real from day one.
The legal precedent already exists. Kalshi won a federal court case in 2024 establishing that CFTC-regulated event contracts on financial outcomes are legal for US retail. Polymarket operates under the same framework internationally. We're building the US-native version of this product category — with the compliance work done properly from day one.
